How can I return the product I purchased?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Floransa.com.tr, you can change the product or request a refund, except for personal products. You can return your product free of charge for 14 days after it is delivered to you. In order to benefit from this service; you must order a non-personal product and the product must be unused. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.
What are the return conditions?
You can return your non-personal product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product you want to return must be in its original box/package, unused, and must not lose its resellability. You must send the product you are requesting to return with its original invoice and by filling out the form at the bottom of the invoice and stating in writing on the form that it is a "Return Request". When your returned cargo reaches us, it is examined by our returns department. The amount of your canceled orders will be delivered to the credit card you paid with within seven business days. The reflection of your refund on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
How many days is the return period?
For non-personal products; within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal article of the Distance Selling Agreement, our customer can exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without giving any justification and without paying any penalty.

You can request a replacement for a non-personal product within 30 days after receiving the product.
